Before we begin.
What’s included in a monthly plan?
The website build, standard hosting, SSL, backups and up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, features and redesigns are quoted separately.
What happens when my term ends?
The build payment ends. Our current hosting and care plan is R299 per month, or you can arrange a handover. Any continuation and applicable terms are confirmed before the fixed term ends. Ownership, third-party licences and transfer details will be set out in your written agreement.
Can I pay once and host it myself?
Yes. Once-off pricing covers the agreed build. Hosting, domain renewal and ongoing care are separate. We confirm your hosting requirements before development begins.
Do I need my content ready?
A logo, service details and your own photographs are a great start. We can help structure and refine your copy. Photography, full brand creation and paid image licences are separately scoped.
How long does a website take?
We confirm a schedule after agreeing on the scope and receiving your content. Larger sites and integrations take longer; timely feedback keeps your project moving.
