We can assess mobile layout problems, broken buttons and links, enquiry forms that fail, slow-loading pages, content updates and website errors. The available fix depends on your platform, hosting and access; we confirm feasibility before agreeing on work.
A clear scope before changes
We first agree on the assessment scope and any fees. After review, you receive the proposed work and a quote. There is no universal repair price because a small layout correction and a hosting failure require different work.
Access and protecting your existing website
Do not send passwords through the enquiry form. If access is needed, we arrange a suitable method separately and agree on backups and recovery steps before changes. Existing email and domain services are considered when hosting or DNS changes are involved.
Repair or rebuild?
A focused repair may be enough for an otherwise useful website. If the underlying platform or design makes ongoing fixes impractical, we can discuss a separately quoted refresh or rebuild. You approve the scope before implementation.
